It can be used for a variety of goals depending on intensity and volume.
It is good for toning body, muscle mass, strengthen body & weight loss.
It is beneficial for women after age 35, as it helps combat osteoporosis.

CORE CONDITIONING
Core conditioning is sometimes referred to as "Functional Training" because you are working muscles that help you do daily work. ( Example, vacuuming, lifting boxes). We only use light weights, and there is no expensive equipment required, so you can practice at home

Also,we can offer one on one private personal training sessions. We can cater for most locations and times and the cost of each session will vary depending on the client. Prices start $50 per hour, $30 for half an hour.
Special discount for first one hour sessions for $30!! including consultation(private gym only).
